How Do I Register For Courses?

How Long Is Each Course?
Length of each course is different. Course duration is listed on each course detail page.
Will I Be Certified After Training?
Yes, there will be a downloadable certificate once you successfully complete the training. The certificate will also be available on your profile “Home” page under the “Completed” section.
How Long Do I Have To Complete A Course?
You have up to 2 years from the date of purchase to complete a course.
How Many Course Can I Take At Once?
You can take as many courses as you want.
Can I Buy Multiple Courses For My Employees?
Yes, you can buy multiple courses for your employees.
Do Courses Ever Expire?
Yes, courses will expire 2 years from the date of purchase.
How Often Should I Retake A Course?
You can retake a course as often as you choose to; or as per your employer’s specified frequency.
What Happens If I Do Not Pass?
In the unfortunate event that you do not pass a course, you will need to purchase a new course for re-taking.
Is There A Passing Grade For Each Course?
Yes, all courses have a passing grade of 80%.
